USA TODAY is published Monday through Friday with the exception of the following six holidays:

How will USA TODAY be delivered?
Depending on where you live, you will receive USA TODAY by either carrier delivery to your home or office, or via the postal service. Although the majority of USA TODAY subscriptions are delivered either by carrier or same-day mail, some cities may be delivered by the postal service on a delay. What should I do if my newspaper does not arrive or is damaged?
If your newspaper does not arrive or arrives in poor condition, you can do one of the following:
Call our Customer Service Hotlines (M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm Hong Kong time) and talk to a Customer Service Professional. If the call is received early enough, same-day redelivery may be a possibility for our carrier delivered subscriptions.

What should I do for change my account details, renew my subscription, temporarily suspend delivery, or report a delivery problem?
Call our Customer Service Hotlines (M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm Hong Kong time) and talk to a Customer Service Professional, or email us at custser@usatoday.com.hk (Asia), or go to contact us and complete the form and submit to us.
If the call is received early enough, same-day redelivery may be a possibility for our carrier delivered subscriptions. If you notify us in advance, we will suspend delivery, and your account will be credited for the time you are away. You can submit multiple vacation hold requests in advance if you are going to be traveling in intervals. The lead-time to suspend delivery is 1-2 business days from the date you make the request.
How can I pay for my subscription?
If you apply the subscription through this web site, we will contact you by email or by phone to confirm the payment method.
How do I order multiple copies of the newspaper?
